As a qualified mountain leader and climbing instructor with over twenty years professional experience, you can be assured of a quality time with the emphasis firmly on fun, adventure and safety.
With Private Guiding there's no set programs or itineraries. Instead, you choose where and when to go. Rough outlines for availability are posted on the Forthcoming Trips page. Together with a small team of colleagues, we use our expertise to offer you the most fulfilling experiences possible in some of our favourite areas. We are able to do this by operating only in places we know intimately. The emphasis is very much on enjoyment, and things are pitched at a level to suit you. For accommodation, that's also just the way you want - we don't use fixed accommodation, but can help you find the exact thing you're looking for.
Small Group Trips are also offered. Here the dates are fixed, although there's often an option to join or depart mid-trip. Activities are broadly outlined but ultimately depend on the conditions and the makeup of the group. Details of these are posted on the Forthcoming Trips page, along with outline availability for Private Guiding. Small Group Trips are fun and sociable. Feel free to join them as an individual, or with family and friends.
Your adventure will be coordinated and led by Ian, or occasionally by a colleague company or leader of similar experience and attention to detail. This small network means that you will receive the closest possible personal attention, and your aspirations and ideas will always be foremost.
